PAM ZAKAR
Pam zakar juga dikenali sebagai vakum zakar, atau pam konek. Ia adalah sejenis alat yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan saiz dan ketegangan zakar. Ketegangan zakar berlaku apabila berlakunya peredaran darah yang cukup dibahagian batang dan kepala zakar. Dengan menggunakan konsep ini, pam zakar meningkatkan pengaliran darah ke batang zakar, lalu meregangkan zakar.

Semasa urutan sampai ke bahagian kepala konek, pegang selama 20-30 saat sebelum melepaskannya. Hal ini adalah untuk memastikan darah sampai ke kepala konek.
Urutan ini juga selalunya disudahi dengan urutan secara bulatan di kawasan bawah buah zakar (antara buah zakar dengan lubang dubur). Selain meningkatkan nafsu seks, urutan ini juga dipercayai boleh meningkatkan peredaran darah.
Kebanyakan orang menggunakan minyak urut atau minyak lintah semasa urutan ini untuk melancarkan lagi pergerakan. Mitos yang dipercayai ramai, menggunakan minyak lintah atau minyak belacak boleh meningkatkan saiz konek. Namun, sehingga sekarang masih tiada lagi ujian klinikal atau kajian yang berjaya membuktikan bahawa penggunaan minyak ini boleh membesarkan zakar.
Cara Lain Yang Lebih Efektif Dan Selamat
Selain cara-cara diatas, anda juga boleh membesarkan zakar anda sehingga 20% lebih besar dari saiz sekarang. Menarik, bukan?
Cara yang kami maksudkan adalah dengan memasukkan “dermal filler “ke dalam batang dan kepala zakar anda. Jangan risau kerana proses ini tidak menyakitkan, dan amat selamat untuk digunakan.
